Welcome back after Easter – Summer Term 1
There are only 4 weeks and then we break up for Half-term on Friday May 24th.
Playscheme booking forms are now available for the summer half-term holiday. Please ask at reception.
Policy of the Month
Updating policies is an ongoing process and they can be viewed anytime upon request.
Safeguarding
Please let us know by telephone if your child is absent and should be with us. KEEP YOUR CONTACT DETAILS UP TO DATE PLEASE.
Although the sun may be shining, it can still be cold playing outside so please make sure your child has what they need to enjoy our outside classroom and it has their name in/on.
As the weather improves, we need you to provide them with sun hats (named) and labelled suncream handed over to a member of staff, enabling them to play safely in the sun.
We remind you that lunchboxes need to have a small ice block.
Reminder – Safety Issue
- Children should be accompanied until handed over to a practitioner in their relevant room. They should not be left in the cloakroom area to walk in alone.
- Children must be collected by a person over the age of 16 and as listed on your emergency collection details.
- We are located on a working car park – please do not allow your children to run around on it.

Sharon White has completed her Paediatric First Aid Level 3 – well done Sharon.
Joanne Starkey has completed her Designated Safeguarding Lead Training – Well done Jo.
Vanessa has completed her Early Help training – Well done Ness.
Dates for your Diary
Monday April 29th – Return to Nursery
Monday May 6th – CLOSED – Bank Holiday
Thursday May 16th – Nursery Group Photographer and individual portraits. (If this is not your usual day you can attend be prepared to stay with your child – 9.15am onwards)
Friday May 24th – Break up for half-term. Playscheme available.
Monday June 3rd – NURSERY CLOSED – Teacher Training Day.
NURSERY RE-OPENS TUESDAY JUNE 4TH.
September 2019
We are now accepting registration applications for September 2019 intake.
Please request an application if you haven’t registered your child as spaces are limited.
OPEN DAY – Please notify any friends or relatives, that they can look around on Saturday 15th June between 10am and 11:30 am or 12 mid-day until 1:30pm.
