About us

Links experiences very low staff turnover, which gives families continuity with their childcare.

All staff are qualified to at least the minimum required qualification and the majority are more highly qualified.

All of our staff are recruited using Warwickshire Safeguarding Children’s Board Safer Recruitment Procedures. A DBS and up to date references are always completed prior to the staff member beginning their employment at The Links Daycare Centre Ltd. Annual checks are also completed to ensure the information held is as current as possible.

All staff undergo a thorough induction prior to commencing employment.

Links as an employer is committed to encouraging and supporting both Personal and Professional Development of their staff.

Nursery

Nursery places are allocated by Sarah Shilton, the Centre Manager. You are required to complete a Registration Form which can be obtained by telephoning 02476 394782 or emailing us – linkschildcare@gmail.com and send this to us. We will acknowledge receipt either by telephone or email. At this stage a place is not confirmed. You will be advised of this after the Easter Break and will be invited to an Open Day. Should you wish to discuss this matter further, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Currently there are two intakes per year, September and January (space permitting).

Admissions policy

Before & After School

Due to health and safety restrictions and the size of our building, we have a limited number of places available in our club. Call us to find out about availability.

School Admissions

Please be aware attendance at Links does not automatically guarantee a place at Nathaniel Newton Infant School. School places are allocated by the School Admissions Team at Warwickshire County Council and are not influenced by which nursery your child attends (see the link for School Admissions below).
